Lately I have been having to bag grass because the mower is not mulching well and leaving a trail of cut grass behind on the driest of days in August. i have a 22''toro recycler... i have a 22''toro recycler and it won't mulch my blade is sharp.i've even replaced the blade and no difference,top of the deck is clear no buildup.i raised the mower to all settings and no difference any suggestions and this started from the first day i used it. If it's a Toro it probably has a fuel filter in the fuel line where that line attaches to the gas tank. Clean or replace. Line and filter come as a kit.
